Applying for Membership

In order to apply for membership, follow the member form link below. This will open up a pdf file that you can then print off, complete, and return with a cheque for the membership fee. To return to this page just click BACK on your Browser.

Please note that if using the electronic funds transfer method of payment that, particularly if you also have a Savings and Loans account, you must put in the first 3 letters of the full title of dArpa in order for this to work. So, where prompted for name of the account, put in Disability and Rehabilitation Professionals' Association not the Acronym dArpa.
