Management Structure

The Centre for Neuroscience has a convenor, an executive of 4-5 and a student representative.

The term of office for the convenor and the executive positions is two years, and one year for the student representative.

Nominations for convenor and members of the executive are called for from the membership, and an election is held if the number of nominations exceeds the number of positions available.

Administrative support for the centre currently is provided by the Department of Anatomy & Histology, Flinders University.

The Centre for Neuroscience has an Annual General Meeting in December of each year to elect members of the executive, to receive executive reports including a financial report, to announce student prizes and to discuss activities for the coming year.
