Fiona Thomas is the Administrator for the Primary Health Care Research and Information Service, and has worked for PHC RIS since its establishment in 1995 as the National Information Service.
Fiona is responsible for the administrative and financial management of PHC RIS and is also part of the web development team and has a hand in the programming and design of the PHC RIS website.
