Study online
All topics are totally on-line so that if you are juggling a busy life you can work at your own pace in your own time.
Some topics include optional intensive workshops, which are usually held over a weekend.
All of the assessment tasks in our program are applied and authentic, and require participants to reflect and apply skills and knowledge developed in the course.
Participants share their work in most topics, providing rich opportunities to learn from colleagues across a range of health professions, and to work collaboratively.
The topics are delivered online via FLO (Flinders Learning Online - https://learn.flinders.edu.au), a web-based software program designed for e-learning.
Each topic has its own FLO site which will contain your study materials and communication tools to enable you to interact with teaching staff and other participants.
Most topics also have a text book. Additional readings are provided online.
CD's are offered in some topics, enabling participants to work offline on a computer.
You will be issued with a Flinders University email account when you enroll. The user ID and password associated with this also provide you access to the FLO sites in which you are enrolled.
